Everyone was fantastic! Dr. Diamond and all of the vet techs were so caring and knowledgeable. I loved being able to stay with my dog through the entire process. I knew what was happening every step of the way and they did not hesitate to answer any questions. My dog was having a life threatening emergency and they acted immediately to get her stable. Absolutely would recommend to anyone. Thank you for helping us!
Do not come here unless you want to waste your time and money. How do you not treat a constipated cat with an enema, AFTER giving fluids? $2,000 on tests and fluids that didn’t help, because they left my cat full of poop and wanted me to leave her overnight for “more fluids”? btw, and overnight stay would have been an additional $2,500 AT LEAST! There is so much I want to say, but I kno I wouldn’t have enough space to express how grateful I am to the amazing team this office has. My Pup was diagnosed with lymphoma and unfortunately his sickness got the best of him. And making a decision was probably the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. From the moment I called, I was impressed by how personable, professional, and thorough everyone at Veterinary Emergency Group was. The receptionist, Naviya, technicians (Tati and Tyler) , and especially Dr. Diamond made a stressful situation so much easier. Dr. Diamond took the time to explain everything clearly and treated my dog with such compassion and care. I felt like we were in great hands every step of the way.
