We love the team here! They truly go above and beyond to make sure every pet is taken care of. They have the most caring, reliable, and kind staff of vet techs, nurses, and doctors. We have been to several VEG locations, and they are all great. They really take the time explaining everything to you and help you with care options for your pet. We appreciate everything the team here does!

Despite a very stressful situation with my mom's dog Charlie, VEG ER was excellent. They provided extremely compassionate care and were communicative throughout the whole process. Dr. Harries and the entire team of nurses and vet technicians were incredibly helpful and loving to Charlie. Happy to say Charlie is recovering well!

If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. I highly recommend this place. My dog Rex had a deep wound, he is not a easy patient to deal with. Dr. Ben H was a pleasure, he is just wonderful , his team Daniella and Alex went above and beyond accommodating Rex. Everything was explained step by step. Dr. Xiao did excellent job with stiches. I can not thank enough!!!! The place is clean and runs smoothly, communication is excellent. Rex is a big, anxious German shepherd and I could not believe how well the team handle him.

These people are heroes & real life angels sent from above. They helped us navigate a nightmare in the best way imaginable. From helping us get our pet safe and comfortable, to guiding us with the financial options - these people were truly amazing. When we showed up after a phone call; the entire place and staff were prepped and ready to help. The entire time we were there, we felt how much love and care they gave our pet. Tough to put into words how thankful we are - Thank you x100000.
