Dr. Novak was wonderful. She was so kind and caring. She explained things well and was very informative. I came here thinking my dog was on the verge of passing away but she reassured me and helped come up with a plan for her. I am so glad I got a second opinion. I would highly recommend her and VEG. I've always felt comfortable and received the best attention from everyone I've met. 👍 When you're worried they are very concerned and calming.🫶 My dog likes the open exam area, it provides company and some distraction.🐕 I recommend them to anyone 😀
I was seen immediately and they went above and beyond to help my boy. They have Affirm pay, which is extremely helpful in these situations. They even gave him a nail cut while he was sleeping. Highly recommend for emergency needs.
