Dr. Madi Voigt & each person who had interactions with myself & pet were professional, understanding & compassionate. I was kept informed at each stage of the visit from onset to discharge. I'm confident, the group as a whole did everything possible to examine & treat my pet as if she were their own.

Exceptional describes what my dog Picie and I experienced at VEG. Everyone one there was working as hard and fast as they could. They attempted to make both me and my dog as comfortable as possible, and they worked so well as a team. Dr. Mac never seemed to tire and answered questions and concerns with great patience and politeness. A wonderful service to our community.

VEG is a wonderful asset to the community. They are kind, compassionate, and make connections with pet parents as well as the pets. I feel cared for as a human there in the time of distress with the pets I’ve taken there. The staff listen and communicate well and work with each pet’s personality to make the visit as comfortable as possible. I was able to participate in my pet’s care to ensure what needed to happen did.
