Horrible experience on 10/30/25-10/31/25 evening. Tech was incompetent and vet relied on him to look at and inspect stool sample that was key to my cat’s diagnosis’. He spilt blood all over the table and dug into her trying to get more blood. It was very obvious he was new and instead of caring for my cat it was more important to act as if he knew what he was doing.
