From the moment I called ahead to our visit, the entire experience at Veterinary Emergency Group in Falls Church was beyond my expectations. The staff was calm, kind, and incredibly efficient. Cannot say enough wonderful things about VEG. We were visiting from out of state, and our dog unfortunately had a bit of a mishap which led us here. The staff were all amazing from the moment we walked in. They were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and patient with our dog. He’s not the easiest to deal with at the vet, but they were so supportive throughout the whole process. Very grateful for the amazing staff and care they provide!
We needed to bring our dog to an emergency room last evening and were not sure where to go. We called several places and had the best response when we called VEG. From the first phone call through the discharge summary every step of the way was a great experience. Everyone was professional and kind, thoughtful and thorough. I highly recommend VEG if your pet needs emergency care.

The VEG practice in Falls Church is amazing! When I was worried about my elderly dog's sudden diarrhea, I called VEG twice over the weekend and was connected to a doctor who counseled me to monitor him. When he didn't improve by Monday, I brought him in and from the moment you walk in, everyone is very welcoming and professional.
