Fearful of bloat and other complications from an earlier visit at our primary vet, we were seen right away, comforted and reassured that everything was ok. They handled our dog with kindness, care and love. The staff acted like family who clearly care about animals above making money which was an extremely humbling and noble experience. RecommendedDr.Sterk is fabulous.. I can't praise her enough. She helped my daughter's cat Teddy when he had a urinary blockage, she saved his life. Then the week after we were back with my other daughter's dog Sasha who had a spinal injury. She's so companionship and her love for Dachshund's & unicorns 😆 really made my evening. Her staff were wonderful also....thank you. Update on Sasha..after 2+ weeks on crate rest she's beginning to get the use of her back legs 🙏🙏 thank God.
RecommendedWe can NOT thank Dr Germain and her staff enough for their kind, caring, and calming way! Our pup needed sutures for a bad laceration and the care was started within 15 minutes (pup needed sedation for stitches) of us entering the facility! We are so thankful our vet directed us here! We would recommend this Group to everyone!!!!!
I brought my dog into this clinic last night. We walked through the door and were instantly helped, my dog was in great hands and being showed so much love before I even filled out the paperwork. The entire staff was very kind and helpful, Dr. Lewis was knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. She really took the time to go over everything. It really is great during such a panicking time to have a support staff that helps you along. My dog is thankfully feeling much better today and I hope he continues to improve... read more
This group is fantastic! I recently had to take my 16-year-old cat to the Veterinary Emergency Group and the help they gave her was wonderful. Their professionalism, care and support of the animals - as well as their compassion and support for the pet parents -is exemplary! I am thankful to them.
