I took my schnauzer in and she was in CHF. The vet met with us and explained what was going on and we agreed to the treatment. It was $2500 for the treatment. Unfortunately my dog didn't make it. I do not blame the vet. We came back in to see her shortly after she passed away. The girl at the front interrupted us 3 times while we were saying goodbye to our already deceased pet. I'm so glad they're open again after closing down during & after the pandemic. We need them in this part of Las Vegas.
I called with concerns about my dog because he ate two bags of chocolate chip cookies while I was out. The staff/vets were super nice and very helpful. We were able to determine the chocolate he ate wasn't super strong and that he would likely be ok, besides an upset tummy and bad diarrhea. They said to monitor him closely and to absolutely come in if he got any worse. They were right, he was fine! If we ever have another emergency, I would not hesitate to call or go in. Other than the reason we were there, we had a fantastic experience. They were so kind, patient, and understanding with us as we put Bella down. Highly recommended them for any after hours or urgent needs of your pets. Thank you to the team there is you happen to read this!
We brought our 14 year old pup in last night. I called prior to coming, and Chelsea was so gracious about assuring us that our girl would be taken in as a priority emergency case. She explained that the doctors would move quickly when we walked in, so she got my info ahead of time to be prepared. They rushed out immediately and took our girl back to check her out.
