Expensive, but not unexpected for an emergency clinic. Expect a very long wait depending on your circumstances, but not an unwarranted one. Triage makes sense for this facility. Wouldn't rail against it. I've been multiple times, and care has been direct, clear, professional, compassionate, start to finish. No one wants to go to an emergency clinic, but it's great to have one you can rely on when you need to do so.
Reception was awful. After my dog ran into a wall and split his head open they treated us like we were bothering them. Didn’t even look up at me when I spoke to them. BUT Dr Tyler was absolutely incredible. Discussing all the options and giving me a clear picture of what the next steps were. I honestly cannot appreciate his professionalism enough. So grateful he was our doctor. Would only go back in an emergency if Tyler was working, otherwise I’d stay away.
This place is the best. Dr. Gray saw our cat with an eye issue. She figured out what was wrong, had a series of drops figured out for him and he was on his way home.
My first visit to this clinic was a time sensitive emergency. My dog was seen promptly after arriving and I was provided with a thorough review of the exam and imaging findings, as well as a detailed explanation of the surgery plan and associated costs. My dog was admitted same day, had surgery completed by Dr. DeGroot the following morning, and he was discharged the day after surgery.
