The other day I needed to bring my hamster (Islington) in to be Euthanized. As she was very sick and dying. The staff were so sweet and caring. They were fantastic. They took care of everything Islington and I needed. They are my Vet from now on. I highly recommend. Big hugs and thank you for being awesome. I take it back. I needed to have one of my rats euthanized and they said that they don't euthanize rodents. Even though they did it 5 months ago. They tried to pretend that it never happened.
I recently had my cat in for an echocardiogram.. Everyone I dealt with from the person on reception to the person who did the pre procedure interview to the cardiologist were all patient, professional and caring.
Unfortunate you cannot post a review without any star. From start to finish the experience at this hospital with staff including Dr. Gray was horrible. Left feeling taken advantage of with no resolution for our blind dog. Would never recommend anyone taking their fur baby here.
