VEC - always a friendly, welcoming environment, even in the most stressful of situations. All the staff I have dealt with have been lovely and knowledgeable. Dr. Pandya in particular was very patient with my anxious boy, Murphy.
You definitely will need to advocate for yourself here - we certainly felt dismissed on more than one occasion during an extremely rough week with our dog. However, if you’re lucky enough to get Dr Donohoe, you are in wonderfully kind hands. Thank you Dr Donohoe for being so helpful and taking your time to answer all of our questions.
I am extremely disappointed overall with this clinic and would never recommend it to anyone. My dog had just been released from another emergency hospital on December 25, 2025. That same night, he took a turn for the worse, and the emergency hospital he had originally been admitted to recommended we come here because it was closer. When we arrived, they took my dog to the back within minutes. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I can always count on them to be there when my elderly cat is having issues at a reasonable price compared to other locations, I’ve gained a lot of peace of mind after finding this vet
