Gave my dog another dog’s Rx that nearly killed him and told us they would take ZERO responsibility!!! My wife’s service dog(Lucas) hurt his leg late Friday pm 6/12 & by 5am 6/13 we could clearly see he was in pain. Didn’t want to wait until our vet was open & watch him suffer. This is the place my mom n I brought Sprinkles trying to save her life in two minutes they ran blood tests as she was going down fast and suffering it confirmed that my girl had been poisoned with rat poison these vets and assistance were kind compassionate and very concerned for my loved ones life. They allowed my mom to be by her side I was to emotional that bothers sprinkles to see me upset so as they put her down my mom was by her side patting her as she took her last breath. I cannot say enough good things about this emergency center! My boxer babe was admitted here this past week with aspirated pneumonia. He stayed for 48 hours with them and they took the absolute best care of him and nursed him back to health! They were so accommodating to my frequent phone call check-ins and allowed me to visit multiple times to spend time with him during his stay. Worst veterinarian on the planet. Killed my sweet boy. They didn’t even realize he was having heart problems and have him a bolus of subcutaneous fluid and sent him into kidney failure. Our vet confirmed this. I emailed them after all this requesting my over $300 back and the money they charged me for GI medication. They never even responded. Unless you want your pet dead, don’t take them there.

Had a horrible experience bringing my dog after hours on a Saturday evening. Rude staff, no communication, waiting almost 30 minutes with no one acknowledging I was even there waiting. I finally left because I didn’t feel like they cared enough to help me.
Everything at this clinic is fantastic. Dr.Adams saw Soxkitty, discussed what she needed, and SK was feeling better and ready to eat by time we got home!
