The first pet I brought to Monument View was about 4 years ago; Our bearded dragon, Hopper, who had tail rot. I called many vet offices but most do not treat reptiles. Finally, I was able to schedule with Dr. Ryan. We were worried Hopper wouldn't do well after surgery, but he is alive and well all these years later. The entire staff here is wonderful. That said, we’ve worked most closely with Dr. Seeley and Jennifer at the front desk, and they have consistently gone above and beyond for us and our pet family.
Absolutely loved the staff and the care our cats received, can’t recommend this place enough! They neutered our kitten a few months ago and it went great. Brought our other cat in today for a check up and they were great with him!
Staff member Jennifer hung up on me. I'm shaking.I received advertising solicitation via my email-addressed to the wrong name and about not my animal. I received a 2nd solicitation same story, so I responded: that's not me, not my animal. So the staff person sent me the animal's medical records from one 2023 visit I phoned to try to clear my contact info.I felt it was a multiple breach of privacy.
