My regular vet was closed on Friday & the ER didn’t open until 6p - I called Monument View in a panic & they were able to get me in right away. All the staff were incredibly kind & helpful. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital!
They helped us say goodbye to our oldest dog Tank and it was truly a special and emotional time for our family and they were very compassionate and they spoiled tank with some final goodies..he got to enjoy a huge bowl of whipped cream and tiny candy bars plus all of the healthy doggy snacks he could get lol. Horrible Vet. My sister took her dog there and they charged $200 for nothing. Her dog couldn't go potty, was shaking, and they gave the dog a pain pill. Didn't check the anal glands for infection, didn't check for a urinary tract infection or anything.
We go back with Dr. Ryan and most of his staff for many decades. It doesn't matter what their building has been, they are eternally generous with their time and knowledgeable beyond compare. Their compassion and ability to take their time to explain helps to calm nerves and relax, even if the situation is stressful. I highly recommend Monument View Veterinary Hospital for all your pet's needs.
