Took my 13 year old pitbull for an abdominal ultrasound just a few days ago. From the moment of scheduling to the visit was superb. My dog was not in good health and had an accident in the lobby and the front desk lady didn’t blink an eye or make me feel bad or guilty for his accident. She immediately told me not to worry. The tech who took our information and more details as well as the ultrasound technician were so kind with my boy. I took my cat for an ultrasound and it was the smoothest process. From making the appointment, ultrasound time to discussing results, everyone made the stressful process extremely easy. The room we were had relaxing jazz music; my cat nearly fell asleep! Every employee handled my boy with care, attention and made me very welcomed as I sat with them in the room. Results were provided promptly (within 24 hours) and sent to my vet. I would strongly recommend anyone to go here!
Incredible level of care. Extremely professional; they do a top notch job of ensuring the least stressful experience for owners and companion animals.
