Had a great experience. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable. I booked an appointment online and was seen 2 days later. The doctor called with the results 1st thing Monday .
Friendly and professional staff. I felt welcomed and comfortable to bring in my fur baby. My cat was handled with love and her ultrasound was performed with care and not rushed. They took their time and imaged all the important organs. I loved it and 100% recommend this diagnostic center. I received the results the same day- a few hours after it was completed. Definitely a 5 star center.
When I got there, they were absolutely fantastic with Max. They took him right away. They let me be in there. They were just wonderful. With Max. The best ever Then the next day, the doctor that read Max‘s ultrasound called me right in the morning, explained everything so I could understand it. He was wonderful. He said there were a few things that could be done once I talk to my vet. I would recommend this place to go to for any of your animals
Really appreciated how easy and smooth the entire process was. I was able to book a last-minute ultrasound for my cat online, and when he needed a second procedure, they got him in right away. Everyone I interacted with was super kind and professional. The ultrasound report and internal medicine consult were very detailed and thorough, and provided me guidance on next steps. I got a clear estimate ahead of time and was able to stay with him the whole time. Grateful this place exists!
