They somehow missed a baseball sized mass in my cats stomach leading us to have to spend double and get another ultrasound somewhere else. Meanwhile we spent a week trying other treatments that didn't work while our cat suffered because they didn't identify the mass. Get an ultrasound where a radiologist is present during the procedure.
My dog was nervous about being on her back, but the techs were so gentle and comforting that my pup calmed down. They were very professional, and understanding while creating a comforting experience. Thank you
Veterinary Diagnostic Center in Portage Park is an excellent facility for pet diagnostics. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. They were kind and attentive to my dog during the entire procedure. The facility is very clean and uses up-to-date equipment. The staff explained the entire procedure, informing me that I will be contacted by a physician with the results of my dog’s abdominal ultrasound. Wonderful experience! They were able to get my cat in quickly for an ultrasound appointment. The office has a calm and soothing atmosphere and everyone working there is so kind and caring with your pet. I will definitely be going here in the future when I need imaging services.
