Weird you say the two 10:30 morning visits on a Th and a Mon are “late in the day / extended after hours.” And stranger still, you claim to have spent twice the time when you said to expect two hours for the first visit. The first visit was just over two hours and the second visit was under 30 minutes. On top of everything, you seem to be making this worse for yourself because now you’re lying. We or our vet will not be needing to reach out to you.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous reviews of poor communication. I was actually told with distain, “I’ve told you at your last visit” and “You keep interrupting me.” Just Wow. Never ever had an experience even close to this with any other Dr., human or animal. Had my husband on speaker phone for part of it, he was stunned. I actually found myself apologizing for asking questions when it so clearly irritated her. Again, just Wow. Found two other vet derms that will see a first visit no sooner than a month out. Definitely won’t be going back. I advise you to make sure they are charging you correctly. They accidentally refunded me $293 instead of charging me then proceeded to charge me $587 thinking things would cancel out, which they will in a couple days but in the meantime leaves me completely broke over the weekend.
