Worst customer experience of my life. My appointments for allergy testing “got lost” in their system not once but twice. There was absolutely no attempt by this company to stand by their word when they told me I was slotted to get my dog tested. This after I paid close to $400 on my initial consult. So here I am listening to my dog cry in pain from itching for an extra 2 months because I put my trust in this company was misplaced. Save yourself the headache and go to a company that actually stands behind their word.

OK doctor, outrageous prices, without a good reason. Today my dog got a shot, and I paid $230. I called another vet, and they said that they would charge me $80 for the exact same shot.

The doctor was thorough but you can't get them to call you back with a simple question. Customer service is deplorable. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews prior to getting involved with this practice.

I am happy for the people who were helped in this practice. I would not go there again. Costs are outrageous and not well explained. We only came twice and already paid almost 1,000$ without any clue how our dogs condition might improve. More expensive testing would follow. When raising concerns about my ability to pay invoice after invoice, I just got a snappy response: "It is your choice!" I did not feel any empathy in this practice and will look for a second opinion elsewhere!

LIFE CHANGING. I highly, highly recommend this place. Dr. Stewart & her staff are amazing!! In 7 days they have turned our lives around. We have gone from feeling hopeless to feeling victorious in battling our bloodhound’s horrendous ear infection that has lasted for months with our primary vet managing it. We needed a specialist to intervene and she has exceeded all expectations!!!!! I cannot thank her & the staff enough!

Caring team that helped my Cavalier with a severe ear tumor and infection that went unnoticed by her primary care team for over 1 1/2 years when she first lost hearing and started limping. Recommended by IVG Woburn. Surgery went great as well as follow on treatment. Highly recommend Veterinary Dermatology of New England!

I cannot thank you all enough for taking such good care of my golden BO! He was in such distress this past summer and Dr. Stuart and her staff have made him feel so much better! If it wasn't for dr. Stuart and her wonderful staff I don't know what we would've done! I am forever grateful for your time and and expertise!
