My 19 year old dog Marcello and I absolutely love this place. After going to Banfield Hospital on Wheatland Road in Dallas, Texas and things going south under Bansfield’s care. It was actually Banfield that contacted Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery of North Texas to fix what they did wrong. My dog had to have emergency oral surgery after having a routine dental cleaning at Banfield. Brought my large cat Marvin here after 20 months of uncertainty. They were the 4th vet we have visited and finally got some real answers, a diagnosis, and two different surgical options for how to address it. Everyone here (Eva/staff) is kind, the office felt calm, which very much helped my cat, who is stressed from vet visits.
