Excellent dental care for my pup.
Horrible customer service, no price transparency or clear instructions on what will be done to a cat under their care. They sound and talk like scammers trying to do anything to get a consultation payment. There was no sympathy or care in the customer service representatives. I called twice because the first time I was put on hold and forgotten about. I called again an hour later. The second time, they answered and showed their lack of care and transparency.
