RecommendedDr Shope and her team took excellent care of my little Bosco over the years. He has had his teeth cleaned, teeth pulled, periodontal work and more. Through everything, Dr Shope couldn’t have been nicer. She is the most highly qualified Veterinarian Dentist you will ever meet. I highly recommend both her and her team!
The front office girls need to learn to be professional and to stop talking badly about people. I brought my dog in to get his canine fixed and all I could hear were the two young ladies laughing and making fun of other girls. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. If they were loudly talking and making fun, then I can only assume they talk badly about the customers. I managed to catch one of their names and it sounded like Susan. So happy to have found this place. Dr. Shope and the staff were all amazingly sweet as well as informative. I had to leave my kiddo for surgery and go back to work and was a bit nervous about it all, but they eased my mind and I was able to leave him there knowing he was in good hands. The most amazing practice! My 5 month old puppy was diagnosed with an oral cancer. In one day they gave me a diagnosis and operated! The staff and all docs I met were so supportive and sweet! They went above and beyond! And hes doing great! so grateful!!
I knew from the moment I walked through the doors that our family cat would be in great hands. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. Tommy and Dr. Feigin were thorough and caring and I feel I was provided with an honest plan of care. Exceptional service!
