I've been a small animal and large animal customer for over 20 years. They are wonderful. �
Our family has been so blessed by the Berlin clinic staff with the excellent care and advice we have received for Sticky. Our first "emergency" happened late on a Friday and when I called the clinic Saturday of course there were no openings. Given the circumstances, they agreed to see him between appts. They took such great care and quickly made him better. This meant the world to my family! Hearing he is healthy and happy and he is not going away again anytime soon is music to my children's ears. After coming here for over 10 years with many different pets, I was upset to be treated so poorly today. I generally know all the aides and staff and treated great. But today I brought two of my cats in and a new assistant gave me the 3rd degree about shots instead of tending to the serious wound on my cats neck that I did meantion I was tending to best I could, til they could see me. When I called they should have gotten me in frankly. It was bad! They never asked how bad when I made the appointment.
Very affordable, knowledgeable, friendly can count on them
Recently I had them take car of my dog (Benny) and they were very excellent with him. I have also had them with one of my past dogs and they have always been friendly, prompt, and super helpful!
Very nice people and they truly care for animals. Extremely great prices too!
The staff is wonderful. Excellent treatment of my little buds.
