Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I went during the open clinic hours and I didn't wait long at all. The open clinic hours are very convenient. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located, it was easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
