I brought my puppy in after he was attacked by another dog. The staff were the most friendly and kind people I’ve ever met! They truly care about the animals they serve. I will be switching vets after this visit!!
I have taken my pets here for the last 30 years. The last 2 times I have went in I have been taken advantage of. Just the other day I took my 2 dogs and 1 cat for check up. One of the dogs has ear infection. They asked do I want them to clean the ears or am I ok with cleaning her ears. I stated that I would clean the ears. The insisted that they need to show me how to clean them and then charged me 31.00 for cleaning her ears. This is not right. If offered and declined and still charged just seems like bad practices. Kindness and masterful care.
Have treated many of our animals in the last 40 years of living on the family homestead. Has housed 5 generations of people and hundreds of animals. The clinic has treated cat emergencies in house and been out for horses and cows. We have taken in goats, cats, dogs and any other barnyard animals on the homestead. I remember when the “new “ building was built and still stands. Some things seem higher priced but also comes with higher customer service and they deal well with the pet owners too.
These guys are amazing! I brought my Newfie in for vomiting and acting very lethargic. They were very professional and got us back to see the dr in a timely manner. Dr. Miller was so caring and loving with my fur baby. He made sure she was given medicine and plenty of food to eat for the week that’s good for her belly! I had to make an emergency call last night and he was very helpful and reassuring. He has also called to check on her and make sure things are going ok. Thank you so much guys!
Dr. Lyons is excellent veterinarian, she took excellent care of Anna,thank you so much!!! Now we have Monet we are thankful for guiding me with him for to make sure he will be taking good care!
I had to put my beloved Doberman down today. The loving care this clinic showed to me and my dog was amazing. I thank you all very much for the loving way you treated Barrett. I can never express enough how much that means to me. Thank you.
