This center was my dogs first vet visit. I was happy with them at that time. She’s a 15lb Pekingese that we rescued when she was 8 years old. Now she’s 16 1/2 years old with chronic eye problem. An ointment was prescribed for problem. Over past few years I’ve had problems with my dog and called for appt. Couldn’t get an appt within a reasonable amt of time so twice I have taken her to Eclipse ER care. They were compassionate and knowledgeable and cost less than VCMC . As a first-time dog mom, I was really nervous about my puppy Pepper’s spay surgery, but the doctor and team here were amazing. From the start, everyone was so kind and patient and took the time to answer all my questions. On the day of surgery, Dr. C. and her veterinary technician team were incredibly sweet and gentle with Pepper, which made me feel confident that my puppy was in great hands. sad, once they seen my dog was sick with a sickness that WAS MANAGEABLE, the doctor recommended putting my baby to sleep. horrible. i’m reading other comments and it’s truly sad how they pick and choose on who to help. pets who were in worse condition than my pet, got saved. but when it came to MY pet, mind you with a MANAGEABLE sickness. quick to put my pet to sleep. just a money hungry hospital.
