I can’t recommend Veterinary Center of Morris county enough! We recently switched from another local vet and couldn’t be happier. All the vets here take the time to explain everything about your pet and don’t rush you off the phone. They are polite, knowledgeable, and caring. I love that the vets personally call you to discuss things, rather then other staff members. I just came back from a visit with my cat, Mia. Due to Covid, VCMC has established a quick, easy, and safe procedure for dropping off pets for their visits. As a new "pet parent", I was nervous about Mia going in on her own, but VCMC was quick, efficient, and communicated with me every step of the way. I was in an out in about 30 minutes and spoke with the vet directly, who was kind and understanding. Groomer Janice dragged my small dog by her neck. When I left a poor review for the center the owner tried to blame the incident on my 1 year old Goldendoodle lol! ( vicious dog pictures attached )She never even bothered to reach out to me to hear what Janice did. She just sided with her staff. My dog was blatantly mistreated and handled harmfully by their groomer, while the staff behind the desk just watched it happen. NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER HAD THE COURAGE TO STEP IN TO HELP ME! Disgusting
I go there just for grooming. Janice is the best! I have known her for years; she is kind, caring, gentle and treats each dog like her own. She is the BEST!! My doodle gets compliments on his cut wherever we go. Love her! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have been going here for over 5 years with my cats and I always know they take the best care of my babies!! Thanks Dr C and Danielle!!! 😻😻
