My husband and I would like to thank all of you for caring for our sweet Emma yesterday. Our Great Dane had bloat and we sadly had to say goodbye to her. It was and has been the most heartbreaking thing to go through, and we appreciate the empathy given by your vet tech and veterinarian yesterday. They were both so sweet in taking our 21 month son (because obviously this wasn't planned and happened so fast) out of the room to look at fish, and also giving us the time to say our goodbyes to her. Many, many thanks to Dr. Mair and the care team at VCS. They are outstanding! Diagnosed an ugly disease that the former primary vet had missed for months. Set us on the right path for treatment and care. We have moved our pets to their primary care service and are most comfortable knowing Dr. Haas, Dr. Mair and the whole team will be caring for our pets. We are blessed to have such wonderful, knowledgeable caregivers for our boys!
Correctly diagnosed my dog with rocky mountain spotted fever when my ordinary vet was trying to send us to get an MRI of my dog's nose. Super awesome staff that are friendly, caring and attentive. Best. Veterinary. Clinic.
I took my cat Malibu in for blood in her urine...after another vet misdiagnosed her, we saw Dr. McKenna and they found out that she had bladder stones that needed to be removed. The great staff worked with me as far as cost of the surgery and was great about keeping me informed about Malibu's surgery. It's been three weeks since the surgery and Dr. McKenna will call to check on her, which I love. She has a true passion for the animals she cares for, and I will never be taking my dog and cat to anywhere else. So so happy with... read more
Another successful visit to VCS. A huge thank you to the staff at VCS!! Though our fearful rescue dog ended up slipping his collar & leash on the way out & ran across Milford Rd twice & down Rowe Rd (UGH).. he managed to run back to VCS where I was inside checking out. Little did I know what was happening outside!!! Dr Julie thank you for your gentle touch with a very fearful dog!

They took excellent care of our puppy and were honest and upfront about the cost- which was FAR less than we expected.
Some of the most caring staff .... we wouldn't trust the care of our pets to anyone else. They also give SO much back to the community, without expecting anything in return. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about VCS!
The night shift was wonderful. I brought my dying ferret in at 1am and the dr examined him, reassured me he wasnt in pain and took care of him for me. Both of the gentlemen were understanding and empathetic with me as I tried not to cry. The Dr snuggled Strechy up in a nice little box so I could take him home so my children could bury him. They were absolutely wonderful and comforting.
