Having Toby in our family for 13.5 years has truly been a blessing. She taught us so much about love and life. The nice techs helped me carry my puppy from the car(my puppy could not move he was hit by a car on M-59)they saved him, he was in their care for 3 days. I love this ER Clinic and their staff. Please trust that i would not just leave my loved puppy in just any ones hands. They are great!!
The Best in the State – Veterinary Care Specialist was available late one Saturday night when my cat was very sick. Through out my cats stay in the hospital their compassion and service was outstanding!
Exceptional staff – VCS is a wonderful 24 veterinary hospital with an exceptional staff. When we found out our Rusty Bear had bone cancer, they came to our rescue and helped him when no one else would because of financial issues. They even did surgery the day we went in for just a consultation because they didn't want him to have to wait. We couldn't have asked for a better clinic or better care for our baby boy! They took such good care of him and gave us constant updates even in the middle of the night (Like we requested)!... read more
This place saved my cats life. My cat had a blockage and could not pee. I called two other places and they wanted cash or check up front. This place let me make payments. They cared more about my cat then the money. I would not go any where else.
My puppy goes there. I got the puppy package which ended up being the cheapest for spaying and shots out of everywhere else around (I called around) and i've had no problems with them so far. I also like it because if there is an emergency (they're open 24 hrs.), my baby's file is already there. As soon as we walk in they all know her by name and everyone I've talked to has spoken understandable English. Dr. Hass, her staff and all her veterinarians that work at VCS have done a great job taking care of our pets. We have been clients on the emergency service as well as the general medicine service. Unfortunatel , because of the services they provide they see some very sick animals and not all of them survive. I am confident they all got the very best in care. Also, our family is not intimidated by dealing with people with accents, as long as they do a good job, try not to be so narrow minded!
