If i could give zero stars I absolutely would! This company is not transparent and engages in highly questionable business practices. They claimed they had sent us an email detailing the pricing — we never received it. We thoroughly checked all inboxes and folders, and it simply wasn’t there. Despite this, they proceeded to charge us fees we never agreed to and insisted everything had been communicated, which was not the case.
