Disappointed as usual with this place. VOC REHAB office and counselors never pick up their phone nor respond to emails. If they do respond, it is over a month or so later. Contacting a supervisor is the same as well. You are suppose to be helping us veterans, but you continually drop the ball. Can’t even get a simple question answered. Remember, these are our lives your dealing with. Leadership, you should be ashamed.
