This is a civilian owned company, they work with the military but it is not as advertised.
I am a Realtor and have worked many times with this company with several different lenders. Most have a team and are very responsive to communication. I have referred them to quite a few clients who have had positive experiences.
Homeowners beware! Very shady - she attempted to jack up her commission on multiple occasions after we had agreed upon a set amount in the beginning. Will not return emails/texts - never calls even when you ask her or her office staff to. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, I certainly wish I had!
