Kelly and the team made this process so easy and they were so helpful and kind. We've bought a home before and had a not so good experience but Veterans United was totally different. Kelly was always available for our numerous questions, she was always upfront and explained things and she advocated for us and moved mountains to get us closed after a delay with our builder since she knew we were living in a hotel for over 2 months. Closed today! VU helped me al the way through from the lighthouse program to getting with the wonderful loan team in Tampa. Cindy Tolster is AWESOME, through a long waiting period and millions of questions she was patient and understanding and took the time to explain everything I asked. The team in the office was always available and willing to help. They made a process that could be painful easy and smooth! I highly recommend VU!!!
