I will recommend this place. They did a wonderful job. They are very friendly and they threat me like family. Thank you for doing such a great job.
Everything was going well until after the first year of our mortgage, there was a shortage in our escrow created by Veterans United Home Loans. The loan was created using the property taxes exemption of the previous owner. Instead of notifying us, they paid the shortage and increased our mortgage payment by $144. Now they want us to pay the shortage $1700 plus a minimum escrow amount to be available now of $1300. There’s no reason a new loan should be in the negative for escrow. Not referring or using again.
Veterans United made a extremely stressful process a wonderful experience. Michelle and Jess, really were patient in explaining each step in the process and helping. Highly recommend the team outside Scott AFB to any veteran looking to buy in thr area. Thanks!
