As many loans as I have had over the years, I don’t think I have ever had one where an institution worked harder than I did! As difficult as the VA is to deal with, they worked their magic, and made it happen!

Mike Dapkus and his team (Jess Manfredi & Koleen Barnes) were able to close on my house in three and a half weeks after final negotiations were reached. They made the process seem effortless and simple. They sat down with me to go over all the details of my loan. For a first time home buyer, it was refreshing to have someone speak about the funtamentals of a VA Loan to make it less stressful during this important decision. Went to Veterans United Home Loans, did everything they asked us to do (been working with them for about 2-3 weeks now), the underwriter came back with some fabricated information that was supposedly on Myron's credit. Checked with the company that they supposedly said was reporting this negative info. The company said they were not reporting what Veteran United's underwriter said was on his credit. Veteran's United was by far the best experience I've ever had in securing a VA loan. This is the third house my wife and I have bought. I can't thank Jess Manfredi and Michelle Dapkus enough.
