The process of buying a home during this pandemic was flawless. Cal Thompson my loan officer and the team at Veterans United were amazing. They got me an incredible interest rate and answered any and all of my questions that I had. Their online tools to submit documents was easy to use and user friendly. This mortgage company was horrible! Worst company I have ever used. I have had 5 houses and Veterans United home loans were horrible. They told me were to close so we had a moving company and packed up our house in Minnesota and moved down as I was on my way to Omaha I got a call and they said you can’t close tomorrow or move in. They had no idea when I could. So we were completely without a home and our stuff was being delivered in 3 days. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!
