My husband and I had every intention of using Veterans to replace our roof until it came to finalizing the contract. Their contract was vague so we had them add more details as to what exactly we were getting and information about the warranty (which is strange that it is not on there). I was originally told that we would get a 5-year workmanship warranty, but when it came to adding it to the contract we were told they only offer a 2-year warranty (industry standard is 5 - 10 years).
