This company is great! I had some water damage in my home that my family could take care of but needed equipment to get rid of the water. Not only did this company drop it off and make sure inside the wall was dry, they charged a great price and NEVER tried to upsell me on extra services. The guys I met were all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If I have this problem again, they will be my first call. They will also be the first company I recommend to friends and family.

EDITING to add: I had to sign it for insurance purposes, and am still only now 26 as a first time home owner in crisis I would expect the company who had to redo my NEWLY built home return it to its proper state, not something I should need reinspected. If knew then what I know now I would’ve gone over it with a blacklight. Honestly what a disgusting response from a “professional” service provider. As inattentive now as you were then. BEWARE!!!! A few years ago our basement backed up with sewage. Obviously restoration was needed after we had it fully cleaned and examined. Our insurance had this place as a recommendation. I cannot say enough about the lack of attention or possibly blatant laziness that our basement was refinished with. I keep finding things every time i go into my basement bathroom they redid that I could’ve done better myself. Im disgusted by the work and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I've had an amazing experience with the owner, Adam! We had flooding in our basement, and it was in the early morning, over a weekend. He took the time to call us back and give us direction on what we should do, step by step. He clearly cares about his customers and he takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and honest work. Great job!
