Love VRS and have never had an issue renting from them. Heather went above and beyond to help us with a rental. They lived up to all their word, and fix any Maintence's issues in a timely manner!
They are the worst!!! They try to screw you over even when they tell you (you have it on paper) that you can do something. They do not come and fix anything when things go wrong. Heather C**** will go out of her way to have someone else look at it when they have no idea what they are doing. I know many people that rent from them that they have screwed over or just been horrible to! DO NOT RENT FROM HEATHER C**** EVER!
