I just received a call, wanting to know why I haven't been seen here in 2 years by an incredibly patronizing and ignorant staffer. I explained that I haven't attempted to come in because they are requiring masks, which I cannot wear. I asked what the protocol is for those who cannot wear one, as I know of other veterans who receive care without the illogical mask mandate. My first time there was today. They were pretty busy so I had to wait a little longer. I will continue to go there to seek treatment, I felt like they actually cared, in my opinion. They offered me a lot of services and I will be back to take advantage of them. Thank you.

The receptionists are impeccable, they have great memories, and are friendly and kind. They always have a warm smile on their faces while interacting with the clients. The facility is clean and esthetically pleasing. The entire staff are caring, and dedicated to giving great health care to the patients.
I made the transtition here Fort Dix location and I could not be happier my previous PCP retired and I now have a very capable, and thorough Doc whose name I won't try to spell here. ( It sounds like "Coach Covelli" LOL. 😊 THIS IS SOME OF THE BEST CARE AND ATTENTION ( WITH FEW EXCEPTIONS IN SOME OF THE SPECIALTY CLINICS) THAT I HAVE RECEIVED SINCE I BECAME A ACTIVE PATIENT IN THE VA SYSTEM. Thankful💛 👏👏👏.
