I just happed to see some of these reviews when I checked google to see what time they opened and noticed a lot of negative reviews. They are years old so I'm not really sure what was going on at that time but I've never had any issues with any of my doctors or their staff. I'm grateful this place is so close to me so I don't get to go to the Philadelphia VA for every little thing.
I just received a call, wanting to know why I haven't been seen here in 2 years by an incredibly patronizing and ignorant staffer. I explained that I haven't attempted to come in because they are requiring masks, which I cannot wear. I asked what the protocol is for those who cannot wear one, as I know of other veterans who receive care without the illogical mask mandate. She claimed that there isn't one and that wearing the mask is a federal law (Lie) and that they have no protocol for anyone who can' t wear a mask (Lie). I... read more

My first time there was today. They were pretty busy so I had to wait a little longer. I will continue to go there to seek treatment, I felt like they actually cared, in my opinion. They offered me a lot of services and I will be back to take advantage of them. Thank you.
I co-manage my care between my private insurance and the VA. When my PCP prescribes medication the VA fills the Rx usually without problem. However since transferring to Dr. Sirkin he has made it very difficult to have scripts filled even refusing VA ordered scripts because he did not order them originally. He has gone as far as to say some scripts are over the counter. I am a cancer patient with many medical expenses mounting and this is not what I expected from Dr. Sirkin.
