Completed my first virtual telephone conference. Went extremely well! All of my needs were met and everything was explained to my understanding. Dr. Berna has done a fabulous job.
Very disappointed in RN’s disrespect to Veteran; kept coming in room, interrupting doctor/patient, violating that presumed confidentiality and privacy. Also, when time to check-out, unable to do so because staff was all gone. Had important paperwork that was supposed to go via guard mail to Privacy Officer (but now this will be included) but couldn’t because no one was there, and this RN wouldn’t assist Vet :(.
