I had my first ever experience with this eye clinic yesterday , to be perfectly honest I had a great experience with everyone I encountered there right down to Dr. Jeff he was excellent very knowledgeable abd personable with me the entire time made me feel very comfortable with everything he did in order to give me the best eye exam I have ever had in my life . These folks really know a thing or two about the dying art of Customer Service. Dr. Maciejewski, the optometrist, took all the time needed to perform a thorough eye exam and provide an updated prescription. I'm sure she would have taken an additional 10-15 minutes if I had questions or concerns. And Morgen, the optician, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Fantastic experience all around! Some of my Veteran friends recommended VOPA (Mt. Carmel) to me and I am glad they did. Dr. Maciejewski, O.D. was both thorough and efficient and put me at ease as I have never really liked eye exams. The front line staff gave some great advice on picking out a frame that suited me. And they fit me in at the end of the day with a 1600 appointment time but I never felt rushed...I will be seeing them again when my optometry visit comes due.
