Surgery Manaher us rude and has no patience with young clients, talks down to them and is very short with them as if her/his time can't be bothered by them. Social worker and financial department are great, just not on the same page with the Surgery department
Surgery Manager is very rude has zero patience with people who don't understand there wording. Insurance specialists and Surgery department are not on the same page. Finicial department is great polite and calm with the patience. Surgery department are very very RUDE
I called the hospital today to have my baby seen. Since it was a Sunday I wanted to check what they do for meds since pharmacies are closed. They told me they WOULD give her a dose in the Urgent Care if needed. After being diagnosised with double ear infection the Dr tells me they don't have meds there and I'd have to drive to La Crosse. I specifically told them prior to coming I wanted to avoid this exact thing from happening. Not sure if it was a way to get me to come there vs. La Crosse. I do know I won't be using the wee... read more

The wife and I send out a sincere THANK YOU to all of the ER, Nurses, Doctors, Paramedics and everyone else who was involved in taking care of my wife, Dawn Knudsen after her motorcycle accident on Saturday, the 28th of May. Every one of you were very professional,compassionate and very understanding of our predicament.
