Love this company! Very responsive to your problems and solution oriented. Punctual communication and they left my home as clean as they found it after installing a new unit.
I had an AC unit replaced by Airborne about six months ago. Michael was able to get me on the schedule within a week of the initial estimate and gave me a competitive offer. What impressed me the most was the dedication to getting the job done right. A return trip was required to route a drain line, and once Michael saw that the easier routing would not allow for access to the filter, he did the extra work to route the line up and around the filter access. I switched to this company a year ago ever since my husband mentioned something always seems to go wrong with his mini split after the other company we used beforehand serviced it. We told Michael about our issues with the minisplit when he came in and he told me up front that he does not usually work or mess with it because of the complexity of parts and other components involved and we totally appreciate his honesty.
