Would give zero stars if possible. These people do not care about our patient rights, our quality of life, or about what we have to say. They never have helpful solutions, will leave you to rot in pain and misery and have no problem sending you on your way to live a meaningless life, devoid of joy. I swear the VA's ultimate mission is to eliminate as many veterans as possible, and its like they get a bonus if they drive vets to do it themselves.
This is MY VA hospital. If you are a VET, this is YOUR VA hospital. I retired from the Army and worked in the civilian sector, with civilian insurance, civilian hospitals. I started using VA finally. I love my VA. - Civilian hospitals love you because of your insurance. They will pamper you to no end. They love taking money from your insurance company until the "cap" is met. I have been trying to get in contact with these people for over 3 weeks. Every single time I call it goes to voicemail. Does anyone even work here!?
The VA as a whole is above average. But the ENT department is by far the slowest, worse part of the entire place. Show up at 12 for a 10am appointment, and you still be waiting in the lobby. The Morge has faster waiting times.
