I have been trying to get in contact with these people for over 3 weeks. Every single time I call it goes to voicemail. Does anyone even work here!?
The VA as a whole is above average. But the ENT department is by far the slowest, worse part of the entire place. Show up at 12 for a 10am appointment, and you still be waiting in the lobby. The Morge has faster waiting times.
