Parking for an appointment used to be a nightmare... but the new parking garage is awesome and super convenient! This is my first time at this VA in 10-ish years and I found the parking garage with relative ease and the main entrance to the hospital easy to find from there. I suppose medical care always depends on the doctors and your own expectations, but I have not received inadequate care at this facility.
Never in 20 years between three different VA facilities have I ever seen adequate parking. Very outdated lighting, bathrooms and many other medical equipment that are nations heroes are subjected to. There are a few doctors and staff members that really go above and beyond their areas of responsibility to make sure that you're taking care of in the best way possible but for the most part for all VA facilities the care is consistently substandard.
