They did a top notch job. Communication was timely. There was a snag due to our overly large and heavy door that was no fault of their own. They kept me informed and made it right. We are happy with the job and would use them again. And absolute A for service!
Professional and honest
Called Veterans Garage Door to replace a spring. I was told that the tech would call me back to set up service. After 5 hours I call the office again and asked if there were going to call me, she said that she would call the tech and have him call me. Cole called me latter and made it right. John came out and replaced the spring. John did a professional job and completed all the work in less than an hour. I would recommend Veterans Garage Door service to everyone.
John our technician was on time and very knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to repair our garage door in a little over a half hour. I highly recommend this company !!
