I called Veterans Electric because I was replacing a ceiling van, but the wiring in my house did not look correct to me. The electrician promptly arrived for my appointment, and did some troubleshooting and found out that the wiring was correct per the year that my house was built. Excellent customer service! In the past, they were the only company I contacted when an outlet was not working. The woman who answered the phone helped me troubleshoot to avoid someone coming to the house (just needed to press a reset button, I know, duh) but some companies would actually come out and charge for this! So I've always kept their number for this main reason of being reputable and ethical. Hard to find in today's world.
