Excellent customer service! In the past, they were the only company I contacted when an outlet was not working. The woman who answered the phone helped me troubleshoot to avoid someone coming to the house (just needed to press a reset button, I know, duh) but some companies would actually come out and charge for this! Knowles family here! Fourth time using Veteran’s Electric, for a different service. Called for emergency service, and he was able to come out within a couple of hours. Have been using them for the past five years at least and still the most honest electrician around. Thankfully saved our home with a wire that needed to be replaced that was completely burnt out.
