We called twice for service. Once when the refrigerator went out and the second time when a failed water softener took out the washer valve. For the first repair, Dan was out in 45 minutes and completed the repair quickly and very affordably. Plus, he gave me some maintenance tips. With the washer, he gave me the option to repair or replace based on cost of part and age of appliance. I decided to replace, and his service charge that day was less than we expected, one which we gladly paid.
