It was only a light bulb being changed, but didn’t have to wait long. It was done within 24 hours.
The staff is nice. The property upkeep is good. The rent is affordable and overall all it's a good place to live for me so far.

I rate a 4 because there's always room for improvement - but for the most part, I am happy here
My #15 fuse still shutting off. The refrigerator sounds like it's dying and extremely loud!! Thank you for the small air conditioner, it really helps but took a week to get put in. The temp in my apartment remained at 84-86 degrees continuously????? Everyone has been very helpful and considerate. I enjoy living here and feel very safe.
