I retired 4 years ago 100 P and T and have been coming here. Since my very first visit it's been nothing but issues. I've only gone for my annuals "which could be done over a PowerPoint considering the lack of anything physically looked at" and a few other issues. Every time, it takes multiple phone calls to get anything done whatsoever. Communication and customer service is absolutely terrible to put it gently. Wonder why there are no new reviews on how bad this place is. Sure, sure they are “mostly” ok, and for the most part competent-ish. My father is in the skilled unit at Hammond. From point of application to admission, it was professional, kind, informative and thorough. I was amazed at the team in Quincy. Special standouts that made this smooth; Amanda B., Tina P great, Hedi an I am sure I have missed a.few Without their great work ethic, this would have been difficult. I am so grateful to each of them at the IL Quincy VA. They exemplify wwhat excellence service is. Thank you for your service to our vets
