Worst facility in the entire system, doctor who cannot annotate medical records; overdose veteran when you are sent to another facility; yet the tab is too hard for your case mgr to read, when you do tell them what they ask you to tell them, like falling down, passing out they send you to mental health. Would not send my dog for care here.
