Exceptional care! Easy and prompt scheduling. Staff are all wonderful. Dr. Swamy is amazing!! Much better than my civilian primary care
Clinic from hell like most VA facilities. They say Thank you for you service!! But when you need help they totally ignore you. Anyway most people who work their are probably NOT qualified like the nurses they hire. It is a shame how this system let us down. Shame on anyone who ignores a Veteran in need.
Overloaded or just simply bad service? You call, leave messages and no one cares to call you back. God help our Veterans.
I sat on the phone waiting for more than 45 minutes to reach someone to schedule an appointment for them to send me to a voicemail that was full.
