I call twice, wait on hold for 30 minutes each time before it goes to voicemail. I drive 15 minutes just to ask my question just to find three people at the front counter just sitting there. It would have been nice to answer my 30 second question instead. I've always felt like a number or a unit while receiving healthcare at this location. Hurry up and get our is the general feeling.
Exceptional care! Easy and prompt scheduling. Staff are all wonderful. Dr. Swamy is amazing!! Much better than my civilian primary care
Clinic from hell like most VA facilities. They say Thank you for you service!! But when you need help they totally ignore you. Anyway most people who work their are probably NOT qualified like the nurses they hire. It is a shame how this system let us down. Shame on anyone who ignores a Veteran in need.
Overloaded or just simply bad service? You call, leave messages and no one cares to call you back. God help our Veterans.
