Never on time. Called me the morning of appointment to cancel. It's clear that the PC doesn't care. My initial appointment was only 10 minutes long. No Dr can properly diagnose a patient with multiple injuries in 10 min.
I came to the clinic from out of town to get help. I had an emergency where I had to leave my home and come to my brothers in Denton. I am a 100% disabled veteran and was told by my local va clinic to go to the Denton clinic to get some important medication. They said it should nt be any problem for this other clinic to help me get my medication I needed. I have felt with the VA health system for 37 years. This Denton Outpatient Clinic is by far the best staffed and most professional group of caregivers I have run into
I call twice, wait on hold for 30 minutes each time before it goes to voicemail. I drive 15 minutes just to ask my question just to find three people at the front counter just sitting there. It would have been nice to answer my 30 second question instead. I've always felt like a number or a unit while receiving healthcare at this location. Hurry up and get our is the general feeling.
