Recommendedthere are no more mean people around here.
Cannot call Womens Clinic directly. They make you go thru call center who takes a msg. Then hours later they call, invariably when I cannot answer. Other depts do not answer their phone and it rings and rings until you get disconnected. Florida VA in Tallahassee, Gainesville and Lake City were the best. This one blows like so much in this state.

One year ago this month I had my 2nd heart attack. The care I recieved was outstanding. CPN Audrey Bautista, Rio Rancho,Northwest Metro VA Clinic saved my life by insisting I go to the emergency room. When I got there, I was in congestive heart failure. Was in the VA Hospital for 3 weeks. I've done rehabilitation, prescriptions, blood work and on the tele help program from home. I've got COPD, I've been told I had prostate cancer also. Well they are slow over paid to stand and sit and don’t get me started on artesia clinic its ridiculous an hour waiting for a lab work lmao at least in Texas they get you in and out they move with a purpose if your a vet living in New Mexico reconsider you will die waiting for a blood draw
Stop the DMV attitude, it is ways the customers fault that service is poor.
Pamela Mayberry works as the transportation manager at the ABQ VA, she has refused to provide transpiration for my grandfather that lives in the rural NM area. I live all the way in South Carolina. I can't come down to NM to take my grandfather to his appointments. What a way to treat an old man that fought to this country and for her freedom.
