I’ve been coming to the VA in Lubbock since they built the new facility and it is amazing. I’ve had a dozen appointments over the last month and every time I go and someone is handing out free donuts, handmade wool hats, Coffee, etc. The service there is efficient and professional. It’s very clean and everyone I worked with has been just wonderful.
I was referred to change all my medical records to VA Cnt. To Save Money & Idid !!
I was discharged from the Navy in '93. They helped me register, and get seen. Clean well maintained, and I have never had to wait. I get there 15 minutes before my appointment, and I have always been seen on time.
Wife & I are both USAF veterans. We were both impressed with the size of the clinic! Important to know if we relocate to Lubbock!!
I respect this place I'm a daughter of a vet that just pass they treated me with so much respect
