The lady working the desk was EXTREMELY rude to my mom today during her visit, I don’t know her name (but will be finding out) I hope she is ASHAMED of herself and the way she talks to patients. No one deserves to be treated that way, let alone at a doctors appointment, LET ALONE A VETERAN! I will be doing a follow up complaint because if this is how she treats people she needs a new job. Shame on her. (Reading some of the reviews I see this isn’t the first time, which is so very sad)
I have been very pleased with my care here at the VA Dermatology in Gainesville. From front office support staff, to the nurses and finally the Providers. Thank you for providing this care to us Veterans.
