I am flabbergasted by the treatment to our veterans at the front desk. Horribly rude and smitten with themselves. Funny they have “God loves you” signs at there cubicle/ windows. Not very Godly. Not to mention the front lobby and bathroom are filthy and disgusting. Every single person that went to a window was treated with disrespect. Not given a moment to finish a sentence. The lady working the desk was EXTREMELY rude to my mom today during her visit, I don’t know her name (but will be finding out) I hope she is ASHAMED of herself and the way she talks to patients. No one deserves to be treated that way, let alone at a doctors appointment, LET ALONE A VETERAN! I will be doing a follow up complaint because if this is how she treats people she needs a new job. Shame on her. (Reading some of the reviews I see this isn’t the first time, which is so very sad)
