One thing that stood out was how careful the technician was inside the house. He used protective covers near the work area and cleaned every bit of debris after replacing a cracked bathroom pipe. It sounds small, but details like that make a company feel much more professional and respectful.
I called and was told no problem, someone could be out within a few hours. After a few hours and multiple calls I was able to get someone to answer the phone. Assured me they were still coming but never did. Never called! Never showed up! I tried calling the next morning but calls go straight to a voicemail that is full. Worst customer service and now I’m searching for a plumber on a Friday because we have no hot water.
